Residents Voice Concerns About Former Church Property By Andrea Hansen Abler A group of residents attended the Town of Osceola meeting on Tuesday, June 11, to voice their concerns about the appearance of a former church site in the township. The site is where Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Armstrong used to stand. A petition was presented to the board with about 730 signatures from
