At 11:33 a.m. on July 24, 2019, the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Highway 33 at the intersection with County Road TW in the Town of Hubbard.
The initial investigation shows that a 2001 Honda Accord was traveling west on State Highway 33
