The City of Horicon’s Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) met on Monday, March 16 at 4:30 p.m. in City Hall.In attendance for the ZBA was Dave Berggren, Craig Halsema, Ken Metzdorf, Scott Giesen and Chairperson Daryl Levenhagen.
