Highway 23 Construction Continues

Now that construction season is getting underway again, the Highway 23 project is continuing. It is being changed into a four-lane highway between Plymouth and Fond du Lac.
Construction began in 2019 on the Sheboygan County portion. It moved into Fond du Lac County last year and is expected to be fully completed in 2022.
