Theresa Learning Community Celebrates Receiving the National Blue Ribbon Title Following the announcement by U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona that Theresa Learning Community (TLC), also known as Theresa Elementary School, was named a National Blue Ribbon School, The School District of Lomira held a ceremony in celebration of the honor, which was held at TLC on Friday, Oct. 7.
