Tracie Jane Adelmeyer
Tracie Jane Adelmeyer, 33, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022.
She was born on April 12, 1989, to Mark and Darlene Adelmeyer in Fond du Lac.
Tracie graduated from Waupun High School in 2010 and since high school has been going to the Green Valley Enterprises SNAP program.
Tracie will be remembered by her joyful and free-spirited nature. Her joyous and sometimes mischievous smile, sense of humor, surprising sass and sweet giggle captivated all those who knew her. Tracie would ask Mom to make her “hair pretty” every morning, leaving the house with a bounce in her step on the way to the bus. She could often be found carrying her favorite books and stuffed animals along on her many adventures. These included camping, hiking, biking, and swimming with family, and car rides to “nowhere” with Dad. She loved hanging out and spending time with her brother and sisters, particularly swinging and sitting on the porch. She was mesmerized by and loved babies and children, especially her nieces and nephews. She was generous with giving hugs and expressed her love with a kiss, followed by the words “very much.” She will be fiercely missed and in our hearts forever.
Tracie is survived by her parents; siblings, Jamie Adelmeyer, Jackie (Jon) Stegall, Janessa (Jeff) Adelmeyer, Eric Adelmeyer, and Angel (Jason) Imm; nieces and nephews, Juliet and June Stegall, Mason and Morgan Schwoerer, Milo and Benno Mitchell; and a large community of family and friends.
Tracie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Helen Gundrum and Bernard Gundrum; paternal grandparents, Monica and Armond “Jack” Adelmeyer; nephew, Daniel Lee; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
