Janet L. Puczylowski

Janet L. Puczylowski passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at the age of 69 years.
Janet was the beloved wife of Arthur Puczylowski of Horicon; loving sister of Brenda (Carlos) Martinez of Madison and Cheryl (Tom) King of Monkton, MD; dear aunt of Carlos (Sterling) Martinez of Marietta, GA, Tanya (Keith) Knauer of Madison, and Logan, Sophie and Ellie King of Monkton, MD; great-aunt of Penelope and Vincent Knauer; step-mom of Debby (Lonnie) Levans, Lisa (Daniel) Bruskiewitz and Tom Puczylowski, and step-grandma “Gram-Jan” of Jason Herrera, Matthew Levans and Elijah Bruskiewitz. Also survived by other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her mother and best friend, Elizabeth “Betty” Griepentrog; father, Frederick “Fritz” Haeni; step-father, Harlan “Harley” Griepentrog; and sister, Barbara Haeni.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Heartland Hospice Fond du Lac for their loving care of Janet.
A Memorial Service for Janet will be held on Sunday, Feb. 5, at 12 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church-Brown’s Corners, located at N7074 County Highway V, Horicon, WI 53032.
