Horicon Runners Achieve Personal Records at Home HORICON CROSS COUNTRY Horicon hosted the 24th annual River Run on Thursday, September 26 at River Bend Park. Twenty boys’ teams competed. Campbellsport took the championship easily by placing five runners in the top 10 and scoring 31 points. Waupun’s Efrain Guardiola took first and led his team to a second place finish with 79 points.
