Local Author is Award Recipient for Wisconsin Writers Association’s 75th Jade Ring Writing Contest Wisconsin Writers Association’s (WWA) announced the winners of its 75th Jade Ring writing contest at its 2024 Annual Conference held on October 25-26 in La Crosse. Among the award recipients is Katrina Serwe of Campbellsport, Wisconsin. Serwe won firstplace for her entry “What if Everywhere
