LeRoy Meats and Catering is State Fair Champion Meat Processor LeRoy Meats and Catering of Horicon, received the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors Dr. Buege Award of Excellence at the Wisconsin State Fair for their ring sausage. Their item was auctioned off at the Governor’s Blue Ribbon Meat Products Auction benefitting the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation. Their ring sausage sold for $2,500.
