MITCHELL BRADLEY KELLER For the better part of the last four decades in southeastern Wisconsin, the title of “The Bird Lady” belonged to Barbara Harvey. Harvey, who grew up in Cornwall, New York in the 1940s, lived in numerous spots across the country before making her home on the Niagara Escarpment between the cities of Horicon and Mayville for more than 30 years.
