By Anne Trautner The rescue call came in on Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015.The incident was at a residence on Highway S in Washington County. , which falls under the Washington County Sheriff’s Office jurisdiction. It is near the Village of Kewaskum, so Lt. Mark Steiner of the Kewaskum Police Department answered the call for mutual aid.
