Happy Arbor Day From The City Of Horicon

Every year, the City of Horicon has celebrated Arbor Day with city/state officials and local students by planting a tree in one of the city parks. However, with the ongoing pandemic, the groups were not able to continue the tradition in its entirety, this year.
