Kewaskum Village Board Members Help Resident BY ANNE TRAUTNER JOURNALIST Carlotta Hanson has lived in the Village of Kewaskum since 1987 and has always paid her water bill on time. Typically, her bill runs about $120 a month. However, in June, she received a water bill for $650.86. Hanson, who is on a fixed income, did not know how she was going to pay that. Plus, she did not know
